Notes: An extremely fragrant and aromatic coffee. Fruity notes of plum, orange, punch and raisin and sweet notes of honey and sugar cane. Hints of oak and cacao.

Santa Barbara is a peacefully municipality that was relatively unaffected by the socio-political situation. It is only an hour drive away from the city of Medellin. However it remains a town that is not frequently visited due to its interesting geographic location high up on a mountain peak called the “Balcony of Sur-Oeste Antioqueño”

Santa Barbara is actually the town in Antioquia with the most lightning strikes per year. It is said that due to this situation the people of Santa Barbara were pushed to create closer family traditions by staying together in the home for protection against the elements (lightning).
